W tym roku po raz pierwszy odbywa się także konkurs na najciekawszy film krótkometrażowy, przeznaczony do oglądania wyłącznie na wyświetlaczach telefonów komórkowych. Każdy z dopuszczonych do konkursu obrazów musi spełniać precyzyjnie określone wymogi, m.in. jego długość nie może przekraczać 4-5 minut, a także zalecana jest jak największa ilość zbliżeń twarzy bohaterów.
