Dziesięciu, wybitnie uzdolnionych uczniów lub absolwentów kieleckich szkół ponadgimnazjalnych, którzy na swoim koncie mają już wiele sukcesów w olimpiadach przedmiotowych, konkursach naukowych i artystycznych, dołączy do grona 113 Nadziei Kielc. Pamiątkowe statuetki, dyplomy i nagrody wręczą prezydent Kielc Wojciech Lubawski oraz przewodniczący Rady Miejskiej Krzysztof Słoń.
